1003
1003 is a semiautomatic bag closing machine.
Also available with a printer.
Three models are available: The Model A, Model P and Model BP. The Model A uses the Series "RJ" Closures; Models P and BP use Series "RLS" Closures. These closures have a small paper label affixed to the closure to enhance the print quality.
The Model P features a Trodat® printer which uses "grooved, press-on" rubber type. Press-on type permits customizing of imprint copy. The Model BP features a Trodat Band Printer for printing dates.
These machines are so simple to operate that even inexperienced operators can close up to 30 bags per minute. Insert the bag neck into the machine to apply the Kwik Lok® Closure. Removing the bag automatically positions the next closure for another package.
Maintenance free, the machines feature a unique, simple design that has eliminated the use of motors, gears and other maintenance-demanding components.
The 1003 machines are portable, or can be permanently mounted. Suction-cup feet allow the portable unit to be used on any flat, clean surface. Bolt holes are pre-drilled for permanent mounting (bolts are not included). A kit is also available for mounting the machines on an Oliver Slicer
