Olympial 2000 - for all baked goods with 100% wheat flour.
Brotstabil - for doughs with more than 30% rye flour.
Lezym - improver for all wheat type bread, and roll.

Pre mixes are used to create a wide variety of baked goods.
Combicorn - a flexible base mix for the production of multigrain specialities.
Rustikal Boehringer - a premix for rustic bread, rolls and snacks.
