  • Bread Improver
Improvers are an essential ingredient in commercial bakeries, it helps by accelerating the dough making, and providing the end product with longer freshness.
HKFM provide improvers to meet every need.

Olympial 2000 - for all baked goods with 100% wheat flour.

Brotstabil - for doughs with more than 30% rye flour.

Lezym - improver for all wheat type bread, and roll.

  • Pre-Mixes
Pre mixes are used to create a wide variety of baked goods.

Combicorn - a flexible base mix for the production of multigrain specialities.

Rustikal Boehringer - a premix for rustic bread, rolls and snacks.

Kornbeck - a premix for multi cereal bread.

  • Browning Agent
Browning agent are used to give your produce a nicer finish, and depending on the agent selected either add flavour or gloss as well.

Malz Ulmin - a liquid malt darkener to add flavour and colour to the final product.

eisella Lezirol - gives a long lasting gloss and attractive browning to the surface.

  • Releasing Agent
Releasing agents provide bakers with a means to easily separate the baked goods from their containers.
